Through field study, cooperative learning, and issue debate, this course will enable students via the focused and concrete “experience and thinking” to reflect on and make comparison of the central, district, and local cultural policies in terms of the cultural policies related to performing arts/performing arts industry by taking into account the key perspectives of policy enactment, practice, efficacy, and evaluation.
